You can find us at SCO 14 in Sector 35. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. Kohli & Kohli Property Dealers is just a small local setup. We don’t have a massive office or anything like that. It’s just a couple of rooms where we meet people and look over property papers together. Sector 35 is usually quite lively, so there’s always something happening right outside our windows. We know the local market pretty well because we’ve lived and worked here for so many years. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or going out to show someone a house or a commercial spot nearby. We don’t go in for any fancy marketing. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve heard our name from someone else in the sector. It’s a simple way of doing things. We have our files, our computers, and we just keep track of who is selling and who is looking to buy something. Sometimes we just sit and chat with the regular visitors who drop by for a second to say hello. It’s a friendly enough place. We don’t try to make it seem like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just local people doing a job in our own neighborhood. We take things as they come and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It is just our daily routine.
