Our office for Knight Frank I Pvt Ltd Chandigarh is actually located in Vpo Mubarikpur. This is out in the Mohali district near Teh Derabassi. It is a bit of a drive from the main city areas, but we like the pace here. It is a lot more relaxed than being right in the middle of a crowded urban center. We have a simple setup in the village area where we manage all the property work for this region. Most of our days are spent checking on different plots and making sure all the paperwork is filed correctly with the local authorities. It is not a flashy office at all. We just have some basic furniture and our computers. The people who live around here are friendly and we see them often. We don't use any complicated business words when we talk to folks. We just explain things as they are. It can be a bit dusty around here when the weather is dry, but that is just how it is in this part of Punjab. We have a small team and we all know each other well. We do our own filing and answer our own phones. It is a very hands-on way of working. We don't have a big corporate headquarters vibe. We are just a local office helping out with property stuff and getting through our weekly list of things to finish before the weekend comes.
