Kitco Ltd Kochi

Our place is called Puthen Purayil House, and we are located in Amparanirappel PO in the Kottayam district of Kerala. The pin code is 686 578. It’s a very traditional Kerala setting, far away from the big glass buildings and traffic you see in places like Kochi. Being in a house rather than a modern office block means things feel a lot more personal and grounded. We deal with a lot of different projects, and our desks are always covered in files, maps, and technical drawings. The rain here can be quite something during the monsoon, and we often find ourselves watching the storms from the windows while we work. It’s a quiet area, mostly residential and very green, which is a nice change of pace. We don't have a flashy entrance or a big sign out front. Most people who come to see us already know where we are or have been given directions by someone else in the village. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people to discuss technical details of the work. It’s steady work and it requires a lot of attention to detail every single day. We try to keep things organized, though it’s hard when you have so much going on at once. It’s just us here, working through the daily list of things to do and making sure we stay on top of our commitments in the Kottayam area without making too much of a fuss.
