Kirpal Estates

Kirpal Estates is out here in Sector 17. Govinda Shetty Palya is a bit of a trek for some, but it is where we have always been. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of ceiling fans that squeak a bit and some old wooden chairs. It is quiet most of the time. We handle a lot of the land and smaller houses in this sector. People around here know us by name. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people. If someone has a house to sell, they tell us, and we tell someone else who is looking. It’s been that way for a long time. The roads out here aren't the best, especially when it rains, but we like it. It's a bit more relaxed than the city center. We spend our mornings checking on properties and the afternoons sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring. Sometimes it doesn't ring at all, and that’s fine. We know the history of most of the plots around Govinda Shetty Palya. It helps when people ask questions. We aren't some big firm with suits. We just wear what is comfortable and do what needs doing. It works for us and it works for the neighbors. It is just a regular local business in the sector.
