Keshav Exporters

Keshav Exporters is basically run out of H.No.8 in Sector 27A. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time compared to the city center. We’ve been operating from here for a good few years now. It started small and it’s still pretty much a family-run setup. We handle a lot of paperwork and shipping schedules throughout the day. The front room is mostly desks and files, and the back is where we keep the samples. Sometimes the couriers get confused because the house numbers aren't very clear on this street. We have to go out and wave them down. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some fans, a few computers, and a lot of coffee. We deal with various suppliers and try to make sure things get where they need to go on time. It can be stressful when there are delays at the port, but we manage. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to emails. We don't really have a showroom, so we don't get many walk-ins. It's mostly just us working through the orders. We’ve lived in this sector for a long time, so we know the neighbors well. They don’t mind the occasional truck picking up boxes. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a decent way to make a living.
