Kartik Road Lines

Kartik Road Lines operates out of Mohali. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to drivers about where they need to go next. Mohali is a good spot for this kind of work because there are plenty of roads heading out in every direction. It gets a bit hectic when several trucks are moving at once, but that is just how it goes in this business. We started small and stayed that way for the most part because it's easier to keep track of things. You won't find us in a high-rise building; we are just down-to-earth people trying to get things from one place to another without a lot of trouble. The office is usually cluttered with paperwork and tea cups. Some days are longer than others, especially when there's a delay on the highway or something breaks down. We don't use fancy software for everything, mostly just pens and notebooks that we've used for years. It's a bit old-fashioned maybe, but it works for us here in Mohali. People call us up when they have stuff to move, and we figure out a way to get it done. It is straightforward work. No one here wears a suit. We are just wearing regular clothes and drinking chai while we wait for the next phone call. That's the way Kartik Road Lines has always been. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without needing any complex systems to tell us how to work.
