Kartar Property

Kartar Property is based right here on the first floor in the 2411/12 area between Sector 17 and Sector 22. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve been here long enough that most neighbors know our faces. We spend most of our mornings just going through the usual property listings and answering the phone when people call about houses in the area. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some chairs, a few desks, and there is usually a stack of maps or files sitting around that need sorting. Finding a place to stay or a shop to rent in these sectors can be a bit of a headache for people, so we just try to make it simpler. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. Sometimes someone just walks up the stairs to ask for directions or see what’s available on the market this week. We don’t really do big ads. Most folks find us because they saw the sign while walking between the two sectors or someone told them to come up and see us. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking if the paperwork is right. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful when someone is looking to move into the neighborhood. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work we have to do.
