Karan Infrastructure

We operate Karan Infrastructure from our office at 1073 in Sector 50 B, Chandigarh. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the busier parts of the city. We’re mostly involved in local construction and infrastructure projects around the region. We don't have a giant corporate building; our office is pretty standard for a small business. A lot of our time is spent out at various sites, checking on progress or meeting with suppliers. We deal with bricks, cement, and a lot of planning drawings. It can be a slow process sometimes, dealing with all the regulations and getting everything lined up. We started out small and have just kept at it over the years. We aren't looking to take over the world, just to build things that stay standing and serve the people who use them. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from paperwork to site inspections. Most of our work comes through people we’ve worked with before. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s practical work, and it’s what we know. Being in Chandigarh means we have to keep things orderly, which suits us just fine. We have a few old maps on the wall that have seen better days.
