It’s louder, there are more trucks, and there’s a sense that everyone is here to work. I’ve been in Phase I for many years now. It’s a good location for what we do because we need the space and the access that Sector 4 provides. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a lobby with coffee machines. It’s a working office and a storage area. Most of the people we deal with are other businesses or people who need something specific that only an industrial setup can provide. I spend my time between the desk and the floor, making sure everything is moving like it should. We’ve had the same team for a long time, so we all know how the others work. It makes things easier when a big order comes in or when something goes wrong and needs fixing fast. We just get on with it. It’s not always pretty, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s a functional space that works for us.
