Our office is located at 11 Sector-22 in Santosh Nagar, right on Ambegaon Road. It is a local neighborhood and we feel like part of the community here. We have been helping people with their property needs in this area for a good amount of time. The road out front stays pretty busy with commuters and local traffic. We aren't a big fancy firm; we are just a small team working out of this spot. Our days are filled with answering questions about rentals or helping someone figure out the paperwork for a sale. Ambegaon Road has changed a lot, and we have seen many new shops and apartments come up. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks in Santosh Nagar to see what is available. It is important to know the area well if you want to be useful to people. We don’t use any complicated systems or corporate talk. We just sit down with whoever walks through the door and try to help them find what they are looking for. Sometimes we have a lot of listings and other times it is a bit lean, but that is just how the property cycle goes. We like the local vibe here and plan to stay for a long time. It’s just simple, honest work every day. We usually keep the doors open so people can just poke their heads in and say hello.
