Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

We have been operating out of A 4 Pandara Road for quite some time now. It is a pretty well-known area in Delhi, mostly because of the food stalls nearby, but our day-to-day is much more about desks and documents. Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj is the name on the front, though inside it just feels like a regular workspace where people are constantly typing or talking on their mobiles. The building has that older feel to it, and sometimes the air conditioning makes a bit too much noise, but it keeps us cool during the summer months. My desk is right by the side where you can hear the traffic, which gets a bit loud around five in the evening. We don’t have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. If someone drops by, we usually just pull up a spare chair and talk right there. Most of our hours are spent looking at property maps or updating spreadsheets that never seem to end. It is a small group of us here, so we all know who takes their tea with sugar and who doesn't. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just show up, handle the local real estate tasks that come our way, and try to keep the files from piling up too high on the cabinets. It is a steady rhythm and we have gotten used to the quirks of this specific street over the years.
