You can find Jay Bee Industries in Industrial Area Phase II, specifically on South Main Road 310. It’s a noisy part of town, which is expected since everyone is making something around here. Our unit is basically a large shed filled with machines and raw materials. We produce parts and handle industrial supplies. The day usually starts early, before the sun is even fully up, just to get the machines warmed up and the staff settled. It’s not a clean environment by any means. There is oil on the floor and the smell of cut metal is always in the air. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Most visitors just walk straight into the workshop to find someone. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or checking measurements with calipers. If something is off by even a tiny bit, it ruins the whole batch, so we have to stay focused even when it’s hot and loud. Industrial Area Phase II is a maze of similar buildings, but we’ve been at 310 South Main Road long enough that the truck drivers know where to pull in. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. It is a lot of hard work and long hours standing on concrete floors, but that is what we do here every single day without fail. We just try to keep the production moving along as best as we can.
