Our place is located at 9/2/4 in Sector 9, Chandigarh. Iris Creation Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this Vaishali area for a while now. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller group of us who work on different projects. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone with clients. Sector 9 is a nice part of Chandigarh to work in. We like the vibe here. Our work involves a lot of back-and-forth, and sometimes the days get pretty long. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s straightforward. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in. Sometimes it’s a bit loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. We handle things as they come. It’s not always a perfect process, but we’ve learned how to deal with the usual bumps in the road. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but we’re actually quite casual in how we run things day-to-day. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s a relaxed environment where we just try to get the work done right without any extra fuss.
