Insa Home Tuitions

Insa Home Tuitions is based over in Sector 21 of Chandigarh. We don't really have a big storefront or an institute building because of the way we work. Most of the time, our focus is on sending tutors out to people's homes around the city. Sector 21 is where we coordinate everything from. It’s a quiet, residential part of Chandigarh with a lot of trees and nice houses. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or sitting at our desks making sure everyone is where they need to be. It’s a small operation, just a few of us handling the schedules. We’ve lived in Chandigarh for a long time, so we know the sectors pretty well. We don't have a big team of corporate managers. It’s just us trying to match students with the right help. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic trying to figure out the timing and the travel, but we've been doing it long enough to make it work. We don't really do much in terms of advertising. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a very local, word-of-mouth kind of thing. We like being in Sector 21 because it's central and easy for us to get around from. Our office is just a plain room with some files and a computer. We just focus on keeping the connections going between the tutors and the families. It’s a lot of matching schedules and making sure everyone is happy with how things are going.
