Influx

Being located in Sector 9A in Chandigarh means things are usually a bit quieter than in the more commercial areas. We are at number 9, and it’s a fairly straightforward place to find if you know how the sectors are laid out here. The streets are wide and there are plenty of trees around, which makes the walk from the parking area quite pleasant in the mornings before it gets too hot. Our space isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We have a small team here and most of us have lived in the city for years. It’s a simple routine we have. We show up, check the lists for the day, and get to it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing in town. We just like having a reliable place to work. There’s a small shop around the corner where we get our lunch most days. It’s nice to step out and see the green space for a bit. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. Usually, if something needs to be said, we just shout across the room or talk over a cup of tea. It’s a practical way to run things. The building has some age to it, but it stays cool enough. We’re just a bunch of people working out of a quiet sector. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going.
