We work out of House Number 4 in Sector 21/A, Chandigarh. It’s a bit different because we aren't in a big commercial building, but rather in a residential area near the Aroma Lights. This gives our workplace a much more relaxed and personal feel than a typical office. You won't find any corporate lobbies here. Instead, it’s just us in a comfortable space where we can sit down and talk about holiday plans over a cup of tea. We handle everything from basic ticket bookings to more detailed holiday packages. Being in Sector 21/A is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the main markets, although the traffic near Aroma can get heavy. We spend our hours checking for any updates on travel rules or new flight paths. Our team is small, mostly just family and a couple of helpers, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we are filing papers, other times we are on the phone for hours trying to fix a booking error. We don't use any fancy marketing talk; we just tell people what is possible and what isn't. It is an honest way to work. Most of our clients come to us because they want a simple conversation without any pressure. We just try to be helpful and make sure the holidays go as smoothly as they can. We've been here for years.
