Icici Hfc

Our office for Icici Hfc is located at Flat No 2183 in Sector 45 C, Chandigarh. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main markets. Chandigarh is laid out so neatly, and being in Sector 45 feels like being in a real neighborhood rather than a cold business district. The office is inside a flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel, though we have mostly filled it with filing cabinets and desks now. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is here at once. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking to people about their housing stuff. The sunlight comes in through the balcony windows in the afternoon, which is nice during the winter months. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. It is not some big corporate glass building; it is just a practical space where we can sit down and focus. People from the nearby blocks often walk over if they have a query. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here in the sector. It is a simple routine of coming in, checking the files, and making sure the documents are sorted. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to tidy up or a phone call to return. It feels like a local workplace where everyone knows the tea stall guy around the corner.
