Hr Executive

We’ve been in Sec 32D for a while. It’s a busy spot in Chandigarh, right at 3301. We handle hiring and people stuff under the name Hr Executive. It started pretty small. We just talk to folks looking for work and companies needing help. Sometimes the office gets loud with phones ringing. It’s not fancy. Just desks and some computers. We've seen the city change a lot from our window. People come in with resumes all day. We try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes we grab tea downstairs when things get slow. It's just us doing our jobs. No big speeches. We just look at files and try to match people up. It's a living. We’re usually here by nine. The parking can be a bit of a pain near our building, but we manage. If you’re around Section 32D, you probably know the area. We don’t have any big signs or anything. It's mostly word of mouth that brings people here. We just deal with the daily grind of HR tasks. Sometimes it's stressful, other times it's quiet. That's just how it goes here in Chandigarh. We keep it simple. The summer heat here is no joke, but the office stays cool enough for us to work. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city over the years and we just keep at it.
