Holiday Works

Holiday Works is located at Plot Number 798 over in Industrial Area Phase Ii. It is a busy part of Chandigarh, mostly filled with warehouses and small workshops. We have been here for a good stretch of time now. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a place where we sit and figure out travel plans for people. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the morning. Sometimes the tea guy is the most important person who visits us. It can be a bit noisy outside with the machinery, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy lighting. We just have our desks and our files. People usually come to us because they want to go somewhere quiet for a few days. It is funny because our workplace is anything but quiet. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants a trip, we look up what is available and tell them. No hidden stuff or weird talk. It’s just a job like any other. The Industrial Area has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of that. We stay busy with the local crowd. Every day brings a different set of questions about hotels or taxi rates. The concrete buildings around here look all the same, so you have to watch the plot numbers closely. We've been at 798 for years, so it feels like home.
