Himalay Transport Co

Himalay Transport Co is based out of Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 24 Sector 26. We are on the 3rd Cross, 8th Main, in the 3rd Phase. If you know Peenya, you know it is a maze of factories and warehouses. Our spot is right in the thick of it. There is always the sound of engines idling or someone shouting directions to a driver. We have a small office space where the logs and schedules are kept. It is mostly just desks, a few old computers, and stacks of papers held down by heavy paperweights so they don't fly away when the fan is on. The walls are painted a dull cream color and we have a big clock that ticks quite loudly. I spend most of my day talking to drivers and making sure the loads are moving. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. The dust in this part of town is something you just learn to live with. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their paperwork to be cleared. The 3rd Phase is a bit far out for some, but for transport, it makes a lot of sense. I usually arrive before the sun is fully up to get things moving. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary extras. We just focus on getting the trucks out on time and keeping the records straight.
