Himachal Kashmir Good Transport Co

We are located at 695 Zirakpur, right on Bull Temple Road in Basavan. It’s right across from the Acc Dump, which isn't the prettiest view in the world, but it makes us very easy to find. Himachal Kashmir Good Transport Co is what it says on the sign. Most of the day is spent handling trucks and talking to drivers who are coming in from long trips or getting ready to head out. It’s a dusty place, honestly. With all the heavy vehicles moving around and being near the dump, you can’t really keep things pristine. We don't try to. We just focus on getting the loads where they need to go. There’s always a bit of shouting and the sound of engines idling in the yard. I usually have a plate of food at my desk while I’m looking over the logs because there isn't much time for a proper break when the convoys are moving. The road outside can get backed up, especially on Monday mornings. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, and we know all the shortcuts and the trouble spots on the route. It’s hard work and your hands stay dirty, but that’s just how the transport business is. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in, find someone who isn't holding a heavy box, and ask your questions. It’s straightforward and it works for us.
