The shop for Heaven N Hearth is at 176 Vinayak Society in Sector 9. It’s a quiet residential area, so we don't get a ton of random foot traffic. Most of our customers are just the people who live in the society or the blocks nearby. The shop is small and we do most of the baking and prep work right here. It smells like flour and sugar most of the morning, which I’ve gotten used to, though my clothes always seem to have a bit of white dust on them. We don't have a big display case, just a few shelves where we put out what was made that day. If something doesn't look right, we don't put it out. I’ve been living in Sector 9 for a while, so moving the business into Vinayak Society felt like the right move. The kitchen space is a bit tight, and we have to be careful not to bump into each other when the oven is hot. We don't use any fancy machinery, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if people are still coming by, but usually, we close up once the sun goes down. It's not a corporate bakery with uniform boxes; we just use whatever plain wrapping we have. It's just a local kitchen doing what we can for the neighbors.
