We are over in Ramdarbar Colony, Phase 2, at House No 517 in Chandigarh. It is a residential area, so our setup is not like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It sounds a bit complicated when you hear the name, but mostly we just look at how things are being done and try to make them a bit smoother for folks. It is a small team and some days are much quieter than others. Chandigarh has a nice, steady pace of life that we really appreciate. We have our desks set up in the house and we just get to it every morning. There is no big reception area or anything fancy. Just some people working on their computers and talking on the phone. We have neighbors who know us, and sometimes the postman gets a bit confused with the house numbers around here, but we usually get our mail eventually. We do not have some massive corporate strategy written on a wall. We just take on projects as they come to us. It is a practical way to run things. We stay focused on the tasks we have at hand. Ramdarbar is a busy spot, but our corner is okay. We are just a local business working out of a house, and that works for us.
