We are based in Phase 1 of Mohali, at house number H 508. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main markets. The office is set up simply. We have what we need to get the insurance work done. Most of the day is spent looking at screens and sorting through physical files. We get people coming in from all over Mohali. Some are young parents, others are older folks looking to sort their affairs. We don't do flashy presentations here. We just sit down and go through the papers. Sometimes we have to explain things a few times, but that’s okay. We’d rather everyone understands what they are signing. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, maybe a few coffee rings on the desks and stacks of envelopes waiting for the mail. We are just a small group of staff members who have worked together for a while. We know how things work in Phase 1 and we try to be helpful to our neighbors. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just want to make sure the records are correct and the policies are handled right. If the weather is nice, we might have the windows open. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the life insurance side of things so you don't have to worry about the paperwork yourself. We’re just here doing our bit in the community every day and keeping things as simple as possible.
