Haryana South Roadways

Our spot at 45 Sector 26 in the P & T Colony is usually pretty loud. Being part of Haryana South Roadways means there is always something moving. The yard is dusty most of the time because of the tires spinning on the gravel. I spend most of my time at the front desk, which is just a heavy wooden table we found years ago. We have a big map on the wall that’s starting to yellow at the edges. Drivers come in and out all day, bringing in receipts and asking for their next route. Some of them have been with us for a long time and they always have a story to tell about the road. We keep a big pot of water in the corner for anyone who’s thirsty. The P & T Colony area is a bit tucked away, so it stays relatively calm except for our own noise. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around to update the logs, which can be annoying. My boss is usually out back checking on things or on the phone with someone about a delivery. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists over and over again. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished reception area. It’s just a place for work, and that’s how everyone here likes it. We just keep the wheels turning one day at a time, making sure everything is where it needs to be.
