We are located at F-161 on the ground floor in Phase-8B. Our office is quite near Quark Media House, which is how most people find us when they are coming to this part of town for the first time. Harji Realtors is just a local business we run. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like the big firms. It is a ground floor space where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for office spaces or flats in Mohali. Being near the big tech parks like Quark means we see a lot of people moving into the area for new jobs. We spend our days answering the phone and showing people around the different phases of the city. It is a lot of driving around and checking out construction sites. We keep things very simple here. We don't have any marketing experts on staff. It is just us doing the work day in and day out. The office is a practical place to sit and go over contracts or talk about the current rent prices. We’ve been in Phase-8B for a while now and we know the shortcuts and the best residential blocks. People stop by because they see the sign or they heard about us from someone else at the media house. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide a local service for local property needs. It is quiet in the office mostly but busy on the phones.
