Harish Soni Co is located at 1614 Mohalla Mori Gate in Manimajra. Chandigarh is a nice city, but our corner in Manimajra feels more like its own little town. The streets around Mori Gate are narrow and full of life. I’ve been running things from here for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, nothing too complicated. The building is 1614, right in the heart of the mohalla. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long—kids playing, scooters zipping by, and people calling out to each other. It’s a bit noisy, but I like it that way. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and boxes. We keep things organized as best as we can, though some days are messier than others. My desk is usually covered in papers and old notebooks. I don't really like those fancy glass offices you see in the city center. This place feels like home because it’s part of the community. Most of our visitors are regulars who know where the tea stall is nearby. We just do our work and go home. If the fan isn't rattling, something feels wrong. It’s just a simple spot for a simple business. We’ve seen the seasons change many times from this window. It’s not a flashy place, but it’s ours and it’s been here at 1614 for a good while. We keep the doors open as much as possible to catch the breeze. It is a good spot for us.
