Our office is at 258 Manimajra on Aarey Road. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city area. Guru Nank Property Consultant is where we spend most of our time. The building is older, but it holds up well enough. Manimajra has its own vibe, separate from the more modern parts of town. Aarey Road is usually busy with people commuting to work. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, though the view is mostly just parked cars and the occasional cow walking by. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. There’s a water cooler in the corner that hums loudly all day. Guru Nank Property Consultant isn’t a place with marble floors or glass walls. We just have a few desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the power cuts out in the afternoon, so we just open the door for some breeze. The light in the office is a bit dim, but we know where everything is. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t really do anything fancy here. We just handle the paperwork and talk to whoever comes through the door at number 258. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing notes in our diaries. It’s steady work. We’ve been on Aarey Road for a long time now and we know the shortcuts around the neighborhood quite well.
