Guru Maa Properties

Guru Maa Properties is located at Sco 296 in Sector 20. It’s a decent-sized spot in a good part of the sector. I usually arrive early to open up the shutters. The air is fresh in the mornings before the cars start moving. Our office has some old furniture and a big map of Sector 20 on the wall. We spend our time talking to people about where they want to live. It’s a simple process. We don't use any fancy talk or try to push things on people. If a house is good, we say so. If it has issues, we say that too. It’s better to be honest with the neighbors. Sector 20 is a place where everyone eventually knows everyone else. I’ve seen kids grow up and buy their own homes through us. It’s a nice feeling. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area well. The office can get a bit cold in the winter, so we keep a small heater under the desk. We drink a lot of chai and keep the files organized as best as we can. It isn't a high-tech operation, just some people in a room helping others find a roof. You can find us at Sco 296 easily enough. It’s a well-known building in this part of town. We just keep doing our work every day, year after year.
