We've been at 10 Industrial Area Phase I for a while now. It's busy around here near 1St Cross. People come in looking for spots in Chiranjeevi. We mostly just help folks find space. It’s a messy job sometimes with all the paperwork. The office isn't fancy. We deal with 1St Main mostly. It gets loud with the industrial traffic outside. We keep things simple. If someone needs a place, they stop by. My cousin used to help out too. We know the streets around Phase I pretty well. We don't do big ads or anything. Just talk to people. Sometimes it's hard to find a good layout in this part of town. We try to be honest about the leaks or the power issues in the old buildings. Most of our clients are just looking to start a small workshop or storage thing. We stay open pretty late if someone is coming from far away. The 1St Cross area is changing a lot lately. New shops are popping up everywhere. It's just a small office with a couple of chairs and a lot of maps on the wall. We drink a lot of tea while looking at floor plans. If you are near Chiranjeevi, you probably saw our sign. It's nothing special but it gets the job done. We just want to help neighbors get settled without a lot of fuss or extra talk. Sometimes we just sit and watch the trucks go by while we wait for the next person.
