Gursewak Singh Mann

I am Gursewak Singh Mann and I spend my days at the Punjab & Haryana High Court in Sector 1. My office is located at number 1. It’s a very formal place, as you can imagine. There are always people in robes walking around the corridors. I’ve been working here for quite a while now. It’s a historic building with high ceilings and a lot of stairs that keep you moving. My day usually starts early before the crowds and the noise arrive. Sector 1 is a very specific part of the city. It’s full of legal energy and history. I have my own space where I keep my books and all my files. It’s not the most modern setup, but it’s what I’m used to and it works. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what I do every day. I spend a lot of time researching and talking to colleagues about various things. The atmosphere is serious. You have to be careful with the details and the rules. I’ve seen many cases come and go through these halls over the years. It’s a lot of responsibility to handle. I try to stay focused on the task at hand. Sometimes I take a walk around the grounds just to clear my head and get some fresh air. The High Court is a big place and it’s easy to get lost. I know every corner of it by now.
