Our office is in the Punsup Building, specifically Sco 36-40, right near the Passport Office in Sector 34A. Being this close to where people get their passports makes things a bit easier for a holiday business. We mostly handle vacation bookings for local families. People come in looking for a break from the Chandigarh heat. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and airlines. It’s a lot of coordinating, and sometimes things go wrong, like a flight gets canceled or a hotel doesn't see a booking right away. We just stay on top of it. Finding a place to park around here can be a real pain during the day because Sector 34 is always so crowded. We’ve been at this for several years now. We know which spots are actually good and which ones just look nice in photos. We don't try to push anything too expensive. We just look at what people actually need for their trip. The office is a regular space where we drink a lot of tea and talk to people about where they want to go. It’s nice when someone comes back and tells us they had a good time. We aren't a massive company with a big marketing budget. We just do our work and try to be honest about what’s possible with the budget folks have.
