Grillopolis

Grillopolis is located at number 188 on Shree Ram Road in Sector 37. It is basically a place where we cook food all day. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the lunch hours when a lot of people from the nearby offices come by. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and making sure the grills are ready to go. The street outside, Shree Ram Road, is always full of cars and people walking, so there is usually a lot of noise. We have been at this spot in Sector 37 for a while now. The interior is simple, with just enough tables and chairs for the crowd we get. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basic work of running a food business. Some days are slower than others, but mostly it stays steady. We handle the cleaning ourselves and try to keep the floors decent. It is hard work, standing on your feet for ten hours, but that is just how it is here. You can find us right on the main stretch. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us in the back and someone at the front taking orders. If you know the 188 building, you know where we are. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders coming in to make sure everyone gets fed.
