If you are looking for us, we are right behind the ICICI bank in Sector 46. You have to go up to the first floor of Sco 82-46C. It’s a busy little area, and parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we like being central. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our maps and papers. Most days, we are out showing houses or checking on sites, but someone usually stays back to answer the phone. Sector 46 is a nice place to work because everything is close by. We’ve been doing this for some time now, just helping folks find a place to stay or a bit of land. We aren't big on fancy talk or making huge promises. We just tell people what we know about the local market. Sometimes the stairs up to the office feel a bit steep after a long day. We have a small kettle for tea, and that’s about it. It’s a straightforward setup. People come in, sit down, and we talk about what they need. No pressure, just a normal conversation. We know the blocks around here really well. If there is a leak in a building or a new shop opening up, we probably heard about it yesterday. It's just a local business trying to get things right for the neighbors. We don't need anything more than that to get by.
