Goyal Academy

You can find us at SCO-210 in Sector 36-D. Goyal Academy is basically a place where students come to study and get through their exams. Sector 36 is a pretty known area in Chandigarh, and being in an SCO means we have those familiar concrete stairs and the shared hallways. The rooms are filled with benches and whiteboards that have seen a lot of markers over the years. It is often quite noisy with the sound of many voices talking at once during the break times. We have some bookshelves that are always overflowing with guides and old textbooks. It is not a luxury school. It is a coaching center where the focus is just on the lessons. Sometimes the fans make a bit of a clicking noise, but the students do not seem to mind much when they are busy writing. We have a small office near the entrance where we sit and talk to parents. There is not any fancy decor on the walls, just some old notices and maybe a calendar. The routine is the same every day. We open up early, the batches come in one after another, and we close late in the evening. It is a lot of hard work for everyone involved. We just stay here in our corner of the sector and keep the classes going day after day. It is a simple life of teaching.
