Gori Estate

You can find Gori Estate at Scf 64 in Mohali Sector 60. We are right in the middle of the local market area there. It’s a standard shop-cum-flat setup like many others in Mohali. We have the ground floor for the main office work. It’s usually a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we spend the first few minutes every morning wiping down the desks. Sector 60 is a growing spot, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We have a few old chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the site plans. It’s not a very fancy place, just some white walls and a few tube lights. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about the different sectors and what is being built. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days we are running around from one site to another. We keep all our property listings in thick registers. It’s easier for us to flip through the pages than to search on a screen all the time. The air conditioner works most of the time, but when it doesn't, we just open the front door. We know the local guys who do the plumbing and electrical work too. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the property market in Mohali. We stay here until late most nights getting things ready.
