Our place is on the 4th Cross in Mamulpet, Sector 17. If you know Bangalore, you know how Mamulpet can get. It’s a maze of shops and wholesalers, and we are right in the thick of it. The building isn't anything modern, just a solid place where we can get our work done. Being here means dealing with a lot of noise and people moving goods at all hours. We spend our days managing the Godrej Boyce Mfg Co Ltd manufacturing side of the business from this specific branch. There is always a pile of ledgers or a digital sheet that needs updating. It’s simple, honest work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re too busy making sure the logistics side of things doesn't stall. The space is a bit tight, especially when new stock arrives, but we’ve learned to use every inch of the floor. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home, eaten while we talk about the traffic on the way in. It’s a bit dusty and the stairs are steep, but it has character. We aren't here to put on a show for anyone. We just want to make sure the orders are processed and the manufacturing support is steady. It’s a local operation with people who have been around the block a few times. That’s life at our Mamulpet office, day in and day out, and we wouldn't have it any other way at all.
