We run our taxi operations from Sco 1 2 3 in Sector 20D, Chandigarh. If you know the area, we are right near Labour Chowk, which is always a hive of activity. There are always people waiting around and cars moving in every direction. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordinating with drivers and making sure the cars are ready to go. It is a very hands-on job. We don't sit behind fancy desks all day; instead, we are usually checking the schedules or talking to someone over the radio or phone. The office is right there on the ground level so it’s easy for drivers to pop in for a quick break or to pick up their next assignment. We serve the whole Chandigarh area and sometimes go quite far out depending on where the passenger needs to go. It can be stressful when the traffic is bad or when a car needs a repair suddenly, but that is just part of the business. We focus on keeping the vehicles moving and getting people where they need to be on time. It is a simple setup with a lot of keys, clipboards, and maps. We have been at this location for a while, and most of the locals know our spot by the chowk. It’s a bit dusty and loud outside, but we like the pace. There is always someone coming in to ask for a ride.
