General Manager Sutlej Agriculture Sangrur Hub Punjab

We are based out of House No 138 in Gurjit Nagar, Jalandhar. Even though the name mentions the Sangrur Hub, this house is where we handle a lot of the actual management for Sutlej Agriculture. It’s a residential area, so it’s quieter than being right on a main commercial road. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers to keep track of everything happening in the fields and hubs. It’s a lot of coordination with people across Punjab. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing. We deal with seeds, equipment schedules, and whatever else the season demands. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular house where we get things done. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weather more than most people because it matters for the work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of supplies, and someone has to run out to the local market. It’s a bit of a juggle, but we managed to keep things going. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a practical way to work, being close to the community. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We just try to stay organized and keep the agriculture side moving forward without too much fuss. It gets a bit chaotic during harvest time, but we just push through it.
