We set things up here at House No. 107 in Sector 28A because the location felt right for what we wanted to achieve. It is not a very large place, just a normal spot where we take care of the daily business for Gd Alcobrew Llp. Most of our days are spent looking over orders or talking to folks about the various drinks we handle. It gets quite busy here sometimes, especially when the weather is warm and everyone is looking for something to drink, but we keep up with the pace as best as we can. We have been in this specific neighborhood for a good while now. The area is mostly quiet during the day, which really helps when we need to focus on the paperwork or organizing the stock out back. Sometimes the logistics of the whole thing get a bit messy, but that is just how it goes when you are dealing with bottles and constant deliveries. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a house that we have turned into our primary workspace. You will usually find one of us sitting at the old wooden table checking the lists or answering the phone. We handle the brewing side of things with a lot of patience. It is not a fast process, and there are days when things do not go exactly as we planned, but we just start again the next morning. People around here know where to find us.
