Gaurav Singh Thakur

I’m located in Sector 18 at G I D C, Phase I. It’s a very industrial part of town, so you’ll see a lot of factories and warehouses around here. My place is at number 1201. It’s not the prettiest neighborhood, but for the kind of work we do, it’s exactly where we need to be. There is always the sound of machines or trucks moving in the background. I’ve spent a lot of my time here, and I know most of the other guys running businesses in this sector. We all kind of look out for each other. My office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we sit down and figure out the day’s tasks. I don't really care much for decorations or looking professional in a suit. I’m usually in my work clothes because there is always something to fix or check on. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the metal around, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. People come here when they need something specific handled. I don't spend money on ads or big signs. Most people find me through word of mouth or because they’ve seen my name on the building for years. It’s just honest work in a busy industrial zone. We stay busy and we don't complain much.
