We’ve been here at Zirakpur Royal Estate on Ambala Road for a while now. It's a busy spot with cars always going by and people rushing around. Most days we're just sitting in the office or out showing someone a flat or a piece of land nearby. People come in with all sorts of questions about prices and who is selling what. We try to keep track of things as they happen. It’s not always easy because the market moves fast around here lately. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually drink a cup of tea without any interruptions. We know the streets around Ambala Road pretty well. If you walk into our place, you'll probably see stacks of papers and maybe a few maps pinned up on the walls. It’s a small operation. Just a few of us trying to help people find a place that fits. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a conversation about what’s available right now. Dealing with property is stressful for a lot of folks, and we see that every single day. We just try to give straight answers. If we don't know something, we'll tell you straight up. The office isn't hard to find if you're heading down the main road. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up in Zirakpur over the years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It's not a fancy life but it's ours.
