Ganesh Food Laboratories

We are located out in Phase I of the Industrial Area, specifically at number 99. It is a bit of a long trek to get out here from the city center, but this is where all the action is for this kind of industrial work. The lab itself isn't a huge place, but we have all the equipment we need to get through the daily testing we have to do. It smells a bit like chemicals and different food samples most of the time we are here. We wear our white coats and try to keep things as clean as possible, though it is a constant struggle in an industrial zone with all the soot from the factories nearby. The work we do is pretty repetitive. We check the samples, write down the numbers in the logs, and move on to the next one. It is not exactly exciting stuff, but it has to be done right every time. Sometimes the samples arrive late in the afternoon and we have to stay a bit longer than usual to finish the reports. The staff here is small, just a few people who have been doing this for many years now. We usually eat our lunch together in a small break room that also doubles as a storage area for old files. It is a quiet life for the most part, away from the main city noise. We just focus on the scales and the microscopes. There is not much room for anything else. We try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high on the desks every week.
