Future India Group(Newspaper)

We operate out of a house in Sector-14, Chandigarh, specifically House No.-C140. It doesn't look like your typical news office from the outside, but inside, there’s always something happening. Future India Group is basically us trying to keep track of what’s going on. We spend a lot of time talking to people and typing things up. Chandigarh is a planned city, but our days don't always feel that way. There’s a lot of rushing around to meet deadlines. We’ve got stacks of old newspapers in the corner because we never seem to throw them away. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and half-empty water bottles. We aren't some massive media conglomerate with glass buildings. We’re just a group of people in a house in Sector-14. Sometimes the neighbors probably wonder why we’re still working late at night. It’s hard work, and sometimes the printing press gives us trouble, but we keep at it. We just want to get the news out. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and we might not always have the latest equipment, but we make do with what we have. It feels more personal this way, working out of a residential area. We know the people around here. The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we're trying to write. It feels like we are just part of the local community rather than some distant company. Sometimes we even share the news with the neighbors before it's printed.
