We’re based out of a house at 3374 in Sector 45 D, Chandigarh. It’s a typical Sector 45 setup. The office is really just a converted part of the residence. We like the area because it’s easy to navigate and fairly peaceful. Inside, there isn't much to see. We have some basic desks, a few chairs, and a lot of computer monitors. Operating Freelance from a house in Sector 45 D has its perks, like not having to deal with a boss in a suit. It’s the kind of place where you can wear your slippers all day and nobody cares. We don’t have any big signs or branding on the front. It’s just a house where work gets done. Most mornings start with a quick check of what needs to be finished. We don’t follow a strict corporate schedule; if the work is there, we stay until it’s finished. If things are quiet, we take it easy. The garden outside is small but nice for a quick breath of air. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which is how we like it. We handle our own tea and coffee and don't have any staff for that. It’s a small operation, and we’re fine with that. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving along without making a big deal out of it.
