You can find Forte Realtors at Sco 215, on the first level. We’re right on Hospital Road in Sector 36. This part of Old Town has a lot of history. We’ve been here a good while now. Being near the hospital means it’s always busy with cars and people walking by. Our office isn't big. It’s just a space with some desks and a couple of filing cabinets for all the property records. Real estate in Old Town is a bit different than in the newer parts of the city. The buildings are older, and the paperwork can be a real mess. We spend a lot of our time sorting through all that. We help people buy and sell houses, but we don't do the whole high-pressure sales thing. It’s not our style. We’d rather just tell you what a place is like, even if the roof needs work or the wiring is old. We think it’s better to be upfront about things. People appreciate that. We see a lot of the same neighbors every day. Sometimes they just pop in for a chat or a glass of water. We aren’t some big agency with a thousand agents. It’s just us. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. If you need to know where the best local spots are or which houses are likely to come up for sale, we’re usually the ones who hear about it first. It's a simple life.
