Flying Event & Production

Our place, Flying Event & Production, is over at Plot Number 1701 in Mani Majra. We are situated in New Indira Colony, which is quite close to the IT Park here in Chandigarh. It is an interesting spot because you have the old feel of Mani Majra on one side and the new office buildings on the other. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for events. This means a lot of cables, metal frames, and heavy boxes. Our warehouse space is usually a bit of a mess with leftovers from the last show we did. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything sorted. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it's just jeans and old t-shirts because we are always climbing ladders or loading trucks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet until the trucks start arriving. We spend a lot of time checking the gear to make sure it still works after being bounced around in a van. Chandigarh is a great place to work, especially with the wide roads, but Mani Majra has its own tight corners. We’ve been at this plot for a while now. Most people find us because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We just show up, put the stage together, and then take it all down when the party is over. It’s tiring but it is what we do for a living.
