Our office is over in Mani Majra at SCO 821 on the second floor of the NAC area. It is a busy commercial spot with lots of offices around us. We spend most of our day looking at visa forms and university applications. It is a lot of reading and checking documents to make sure nothing is missing. People come to us when they are thinking about going abroad for study or work. We don't have fancy decorations in the office, just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Being on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we have to concentrate on the paperwork. It’s not a very big team here, just a few of us who know the process. We answer a lot of the same questions every day, but that’s just part of the job. People get nervous about their papers, so we just try to be clear about what is needed. We have been in this Mani Majra location for a while now. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but it's okay. We keep ourselves busy with emails and phone calls mostly. We don't really do the flashy marketing stuff. Most people find us because their cousins or friends used us before. We just sit here, do the work, and hope the applications go through. It is just a regular office day for us.
