Flames Event Group

We are based out of Nabha House, specifically Set No 26 in Block D, Type 3. This is up in Shimla 4, so you can imagine the views we get, though mostly we are looking at our clipboards and schedules. Flames Event Group is what we call ourselves. We do a bit of everything when it comes to organizing things. Whether it is a small gathering or something a bit bigger, we are the ones running around in the background. Shimla is a beautiful place to work, but the hills make moving equipment a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and making sure the food and lights show up on time. Our office is just a regular room filled with decorations, boxes, and old folders from past events. It is often a bit chaotic, especially when a big date is coming up. We are just a local crew who knows how to get things done in this terrain. We do not have a fancy reception or anything; we are usually out at a venue anyway. It is tiring work, and we spend a lot of time on our feet. But we like the feeling when an event finishes and everything went okay. We have been in Nabha House for a bit now and it feels like home. It is honest, hard work, and we just take it one day at a time.
