Everest Properties

Malerkotla is a busy place and we have been right in the middle of it for a long time now. Everest Properties is basically just a small local office where we handle whatever comes through the door regarding land or houses. It isn't a fancy setup with big signs or glass walls, just a regular spot where people stop by to chat. Most days are spent looking at maps or heading out to see a plot someone wants to sell. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, but we are used to it by now. We know the local streets and the people living on them because we grew up right here. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, which can get tiring, but it's what we do. Usually, someone is dropping by for a cup of tea while they ask about a piece of property nearby. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who understand how things work in this part of Punjab. Sometimes the market is fast and other times it is really slow, so we just take it as it comes. We’ve seen the town grow and change quite a bit over the years. New shops and homes are popping up everywhere these days. We keep our files organized the old-fashioned way and try to stay on top of things. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us sitting at the desks or talking to a neighbor out front.
